On 2nd December, Grian offered a keynote speech in the plenary of the Earth Charter International Conference held at the United Nations University for Peace in Costa Rica, with the participation of prominent figures in the world of education and the fight for sustainability, such as the famous physicist Fritjof Capra, el profesor Sam Crowell, from the California State University, or the 2016 Nobel Peace Prize nominee, Lakota leader Tiokasin Ghosthorse.
In front of conference participants from all over the world, Grian gave a presentation on his global project, The Earth Stories Collection, within the context of the global social and ecological crisis in which we find ourselves, calling once again for action from global civil society to try to mitigate the consequences of this crisis.
